Factory Capabilities
With over 2 million dollars in state of the art equipment CEM has the capabilities to realign itself to suite any project. With our CNC computer controlled milling we are able to conform to a high standard and produce with extreme consistency. We have designed our 15000 SQF facility located in Phoenix, AZ to allow us to offer a wide array of products including:
- Cabinetry: we have the capabilities to perform office and commercial improvements as well as one of a kind residential.
- Interior doors: our variety range from rustic alder to industrial solid core veneer lay-ups.
- Moldings: we have 2 molders a Weinig 7 head straight molder allowing us to run any custom molding or base. We also have an industrial Arch molder allowing us to custom run arch casing and radius base.
- Display cases: With our CNC technology we process cases for commercial stores as well as private clubs.
- Architectural pieces: We manufacture and ship out many retail and residential products built to suite clients needs.
